I heal systems

My purpose is to restore balance and relieve strain in individuals, teams, and products. I approach tensions with a systems lens, the perspective that everything is connected and requires holistic inspection. Recognizing that behavior is shaped by the relationship between systems is the first step toward lasting change.

I heal individuals.

The modern world moves faster than we were built for, and stress, burnout, and anxiety are the symptoms of systems that don’t serve us. I help people redesign their systems—adjusting habits, commitments, and mental frameworks—to reduce friction and restore focus. Small, intentional changes add up to stability, clarity, and sustainable progress.

I heal agile teams.

Agile shouldn’t feel like bureaucracy. If there’s frustration around unpredictable timelines, opaque processes, infrequent releases, or slipping quality, you’re not alone. I help teams reduce waste, improve flow, and establish a sustainable pace of work that’s both high-performing and enjoyable. Processes should serve the team, not the other way around.

I heal product innovation.

Strategy stagnates when assumptions go unchallenged. I help teams rethink their approach, uncover unmet needs, and build products that don’t just compete—they become the obvious choice. I’m eager to collaborate and ideate—innovating gets me out of bed in the morning!
